Rondall Reynoso

Here is this weeks Link Dump.

“My 10 year old asked, ‘What’s the difference between Catholics and us.’ To which I responded, ‘We are both wrong about different things.'” – Rondall Reynoso (there is nothing quote like quoting yourself)

I often don't agree with Napolitano. But, this is on the mark.

This is a great article representing  a humble honest approach that Christians need to take.

Anyone involved in Higher Education will enjoy this Onion humor.

Here are the Jackson Pollock’s of of the Humane Society. Six chimps produced work  for a benefit auction.

Collin Garbarino of Houston Baptist University wrote this interesting piece “Desperately Seeking Snowball” as a reminder of our need to take responsibility. It is nice to see a dystopian reference to Animal Farm rather than 1984 or Brave New World.

Christians in the Visual Arts posted this interesting article “Why the Church Should Recover Patronage.” It is a thought provoking call to reconsider arts patronage.

  • ‘We are both wrong about different things.’ HAHAHA that’s fantastic!

  • I studied at a reformed protestant Bible College (though ti would argue it was not, though its theology certainly way). After attaining a degree in Theology and part completing a Masters I moved on to nursing. Didn’t see that coming! I am a man by the way.

Anyway I went to a Catholic university to study nursing as it was the only offering of nursing in my city, other than secular universities. At first I was worried I would lose my soul if I happened to be involved in a prayer to Mary (God forbid!). Or that I might end up in purgatory even though it does not exist. Or that I might bend my knee to the Pope or worship a dead saint.

Such was the indoctrination that good old reformed “Christians” had brain washed me with.

    Guess what I discovered?

“We are both wrong about different things”

    God Bless
